Process Overview

For questions about registration please email registration@rugbywaco.com.

Registration to become a player for Rugby Waco is a multi-step process, but we will try to make it as painless as possible. Follow the following instructions.

Part 1 – sign up with USA Rugby. This is a mandatory requirement to participate in practice or games as it provides insurance coverage for players and the club through USA Rugby the governing organization for youth rugby in the United States.
 
Part 2 – fill out the Rugby Waco registration form

Part 3 – pay the Rugby Waco club dues. The club dues covers the player’s registration fee to join Rugby Waco, as well as, the player’s practice kit. Financial aid and payment plans are available.

Part 1 – SIGN UP FOR A USA RUGBY MEMBERSHIP (GET YOUR USA RUGBY ID NUMBER)

*** Please have a headshot photo of your player and proof of age (birth certificate) ready to upload ***

  • Go to https://xplorer.rugby and click “Log in”
  • If returning player, enter username and password from prior years registration. If player has never registered, click “Create a Rugby Xplorer account”
  • If you logged in as a parent, on the main screen click the “linked accounts” tab and input your player’s information
  • On the left hand menu, click “Register” and ensure you are selecting your player as the person to register
  • Select “Find a Club”
  • Either pick your player from last year or “Link a new person”
  • Click “Next”
  • Search for “Waco Outlaws” and select the option with the subhead “Texas, Youth and HS Council”
  • Click “Next”
  • Role = Player
  • Registration Type = Either High School or Middle School or Youth
  • Duration = Season
  • Click “Next”
  • Enter the player’s information, upload photo, enter additional details and parent info screens
  • Pay the fee
  • Make a note of the player’s USA ID Number (You will need this for the Rugby Waco registration form)

Part 2 – REGISTER WITH RUGBY WACO

  • Click the “Join Now” button below and register with Rugby Waco (DO NOT FORGET YOUR USA ID NUMBER)

Part 3 – PAY YOUR CLUB DUES

  • Pay club dues using Venmo @RugbyWaco (include player name in the comments) or if you selected “Cash or Check”, payment plan or financial assistance we will reach out to you.
